A dragon-riding thief. A legendary dragon egg. One heist that could change Evgard forever.
“If I got executed again, my dad was going to kill me.”
The name’s Asher of Steel Rim, part-time thief and part time charming menace. Now, when the outlawed magi freedom fighters recruited me for their heist, it was because they needed a ‘distraction’ on the team. As a seventeen-year-old part-dragon with scale-tipped pointed ears, I fit the job. But I’m not here to steal the dragon egg.
I want revenge on the Black Valkyrie.
See, it wasn’t all that long ago that the Black Valkyrie ripped my mom away from us and left my father blind. Then, I was too afraid to stop her.
Not anymore.
I’ve spent the past few years training with my powers, robbing from snobby nobles to try and get my father out of the outlands, and talking my way out of sticky situations. But now it’s time to leave little Steel Rim behind and take on the real enemy.
Join me and my new crew as we traverse the Badlands’ desert, battle draconic monsters, and infiltrate high society. The plan is set—but as for me… well, I’ve never been all that good at sticking to the plan.
